PaR Nuclear offers two levels of service to support installation of new Fuel-handling Equipment and Outage-critical Cranes and equipment upgrades. The first level is a "Limited Scope Installation" in which PaR Nuclear takes the technical lead and the customer provides all personnel and equipment necessary to complete the installation. The second level is a "Full-Scope Installation" in which PaR Nuclear will provide all of the necessary personnel and equipment to support the installation. For both the Limited Scope and Full Scope Installation options, PaR Nuclear will:
Support the development of an installation plan, including:
Scheduling tasks as appropriate
Providing pre-installation training
Conducting a walk-through of procedures prior to the installation
Identify the required resources to complete the installation, e.g.:
The number of people and their necessary skills
The type and quantity of equipment needed
Manage the crew during the installation
Directing the completion of installation tasks
Troubleshooting issues as they arise
Perform final equipment test and start-up
PaR Nuclear has successfully completed many installations of Fuel-handling Equipment and Outage-critical Cranes on critical path time.
